Introduction to Triathlon Course
New to triathlon? Unsure what to expect on race day? Or do you want to progress from simply completing to competing. Our Introduction to Triathlon Course is just for you. Courses run most Sunday morning from late April to mid-June. Our guru of all things Tri, Peter Bryan, will take you through a three hour workshop covering what to do, and when, as far as preparation goes, and through the three disciplines, concluding with a swim in the lake.
